🔄 1. Donations
All donations made to OMCWF through our website or any associated fundraising campaign are non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be canceled or returned, except in cases of fraudulent transactions or duplicate payments.
✅ If you believe your donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with details.
🎫 2. Event Registrations / Program Fees
If you have registered for an event, training, or awareness program hosted by OMCWF:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date: Full refund (excluding payment gateway charges).
Cancellations within 7 days of the event: No refund.
In case the event is canceled by OMCWF, 100% of the amount will be refunded.

If you have made a duplicate donation or overpaid by mistake, we request you to notify us at:

We will verify the transaction and initiate the refund process within 7–10 business days, subject to bank processing times.
⚠️ 4. Refund Method
Refunds, if applicable, will be made:
To the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer).
Only after internal verification and confirmation.
🔐 5. Payment Gateway Charges
Please note:
Any transaction charges or payment gateway fees deducted during the original payment will not be refunded.
Refunds will reflect the net amount after deduction of such charges.
